Business support
Every business needs a goal, set out in its mission statement.
Every business should have policies and procedures clearly set out.
Every business, want to be successful will aspire to improving training and development.
But not every business the skills to make sure all this happens.

We provide expertise and resources for business planning, HR planning, training and development, and the provision and implementation of policies and procedures. We can: help develop vision, mission and positioning statements; provide documentation, establish procedures; maintain and evaluate those procedures; and provide quality assurance frameworks and help managers work towards accreditation.

Mentoring
We work on a 1:1 basis with existing and potential small business managers, at any level. The focus is on change and development.

Coaching
We provide executive coaching for small and medium enterprise owners, directors, partners and managers. It is cost-effective coaching to enable improved thinking and positive ambitions.

Leadership and Management Development

The focus is on middle and first line management development interventions, which bring real benefit to the workplace. The management tools could include SWOT analysis, mind-mapping, or stakeholder analysis, combined with reflection and planning to effect impact on behaviour and results. The solutions could be team-building, action learning, or activities for groups that bring improvement in personal and team effectiveness.

Self development

We cover self-assessment, learning styles, management and leadership styles. By raising awareness and understanding of relationships we can create better working relationships. This work is supported by the Myers Briggs Type Indicator ® and Neuro Linguistic Programming
(NLP).
