Helen Chambers FInstLM LHS
Helen has a background in training and development, Further Education, strategic management and professional membership organisations. She’s renowned for her unflappable and realistic approach, her ability to see things from all angles, and for her ability to quickly establish rapport. Helen believes in the power of reflective practice and in the benefits of self-awareness, self-belief and self-reliance.

Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management and holds a Level 7 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and NVQ Level 5 in Management. Click here for more information about Helen’s experience and career to date.

Simon Brian MCIPR Simon’s career in media, PR and communications spans 35 years, the

last 20 of which have been with working at a senior level with public relations and marketing services agencies. He has also held in-house posts before setting up his own company in 2004. He remains involved with that company but also works closely with Helen to provide internal and external communications solutions for HJC Associates’ clients.

Joy Daglish
Joy is a qualified chartered management accountant with a large range of experience in financial consultancy across a diverse range of industries.
Most recently she was employed at board level as Group Financial Controller in a media and communications business.

Joy has also managed her own start-up business having identified an important gap in the market for special-needs respite child care.
