Helen has a background in training and development, Further Education, strategic management and professional membership organisations.
She’s renowned for her unflappable and realistic approach, her ability to see things from all angles, and for her ability to quickly establish rapport. Helen believes in the power of reflective practice and in the benefits of self-awareness, self-belief and self-reliance.

Simon Brian MCIPR
Simon’s career in media, PR and communications spans 35 years, the last 20 of which have been with working at a senior level with public relations and marketing services agencies. He has also held in-house posts before setting up his own company in 2004.
He remains involved with that company but also works closely with Helen to provide internal and external communications solutions for HJC Associates’ clients.
